We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange it for something else, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.  Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, unused, in good condition, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.  Our return policies apply to all items.

Price refund: If you find Authentic CMO™ at a lower price, send us a link to the page on their web site where the price is posted, mail us a copy of the print add including the date and publisher and we will refund the difference!

Quality guarantee against damaged or defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days.  Please supply us with your order number and the tracking number from the original shipping confirmation e-mail. We may also need your e-mail address and phone number.  We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping or manufacturer’s defect.

Guaranteed delivery of these authentic CMO products when using UPS or FedEx.  If there is a delay or lost shipment and your order is not delivered, contact us within 30 days.  Please supply us with your order number and the tracking number from the original shipping confirmation e-mail. We may also need your e-mail address and phone number.  We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. As stated in our guarantee, we cover shipping charges and your order will be replaced at no charge.

Refunds are processed in the same manner as the original payment.  If you paid by charge card, a refund will be issued to the original card on record.  If by PayPal, a refund through PayPal will be issued and if by check, we will send you a check,

Refunds to Lost Credit Cards and closed PayPal accounts: In the case of a lost, stolen, or closed credit card, or a closed PayPal account, you must provide a letter (on letterhead) from PayPal or your credit card company that states the account was closed in good faith. The letter and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip must be accompany the products you are returning.  We will issue your refund in the form of a check.

Returning an Item

Here are the basic steps:

  • Refer to your packing slip or purchase receipt for our telephone number, email and postal mailing address.
  • Please call or write to us letting us know what item(s) you wish to return.
  • Pack the item(s) securely.  Use the original package if possible.
  • Enclose a copy of your packing slip or purchase receipt so we can reference the refund to your order number.  Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip or purchase receipt for your records.
  • If the billing name, address, phone number and email on the receipt is not your current contact information, please attached a note with your current contact information.
  • If you cannot send us a copy of your receipt, please include your order number, billing name, phone, email and address.
  • All products must be returned, unused in good condition, with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend using UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to:

  • Keep the tracking number from the package you are returning for your records.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
